The AAIM™ Methodology follows the logical sequence of architectural design and construction, as well as IT migration projects.  We have developed specific tools to maximize our efficiency along each step of the continuum, which we’ve implemented and fine-tuned across hundreds of projects in our history.

Wrapped around the AAIM™ phasing sequence is our Project and Program Management methodology.  Our Project Management Professionals (PMPs) are trained in and apply PlanNet’s methodology consistently across each project to:

• Direct internal and external resources
